During a trip to Côte d'Ivoire to meet with the President of CESEC, the Minister of Digital Transition, and the US Embassy to discuss entrepreneurship and venture capital, I had the pleasure of touring the Hub Ivoire Tech, Abidjan to see an example of the steps currently being taken in The Ivory Coast around Entrepreneurship. There is already a lot happening, and there is still a lot to be done. The opportunities are tremendous, though not without some risk, at the intersection of AI and the local economies in Africa.
